Ned absolutely loves his time at Springside. He gets so excited as we pull into the driveway and is always happy ( and a little exhausted from playing) after his stay. All the staff are fantastic - I always know he is in great hands and I never have to worry about leaving him - he is very well looked after.

He was there from about 9 months, so it was almost like a second home for him. I know he had wonderful times there and it was a hard choice to relocate and move away. But I needed to move closer to my grown up children and try and do some catching up. Thanks for taking good care of my Teddy, I am sure that he has good memories of Springside and will miss you, the girls and all his mates. Take care, enjoy the Easter break, and perhaps we will pop up for a short break sometime. Hi to all the girls, and thank them for their love and caring towards my boy.

Yes, we want them to be as comfortable as possible, However we do have bedding and it is very busy at boarding kennels so toys are not always required.

Our dogs are let our 3 times a day. If you would like your dog to have extra play time, that can also be booked in.

Our experienced staff are confident in caring for pets with a wide range of personalities, needs and behaviours. From energetic and social pets to those who are shy, anxious, reactive or prefer their own space, we tailor our approach to each individual animal to help them feel safe, comfortable and well cared for throughout their stay.
